4. Often users do not write their Email correctly. Try to go to your e-mail and send a letter to your address. A letter should come back to you.

To restore access to your account, use the access recovery form on the page:
- You are registered as a student, but your activated test is not visible.
To gain access to testing, you need to contact the teacher who activates the tests.
Do not use multiple accounts. Sometimes a teacher can activate a test for only one of your accounts. The teacher can verify this by looking at the Email account for which the test was activated.

The site administration does not create tests. If there is an error in the test, the author of the test should fix it.
